An aggressor squadron is a squadron that is trained to act as an opposing
force in military war games. Aggressor
squadrons use enemy TTPs (tactics, techniques, and procedures) to give a
realistic simulation of air combat.
US aggressor squadrons are
currently equipped with F15, F16 and F18 aircraft.
The 64th and 65th Aggressor
Squadrons are based at Nellis Air Force Base.
